Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate patient care while efficiently managing emergency situations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, delivering immediate and effective care. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in clinical status. Document patient histories, care plans, and treatment progress accurately and thoroughly. Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other staff to develop and implement patient care strategies. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post-care procedures. Qualifications: Hold an active, valid Registered Nurse license. Possess recent experience working in an Emergency Room or similar acute care environment. Demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols. Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications. Exhibit excellent critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stress situations.
