Page 1 of 1 HoPe (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education), Inc. | Recruitment 2024 Title: Chapter Marketing Coordinator Reports to: Director of Programming Position Type: Volunteer Position Contact: Send questions to View email address on click.appcast.io Duties and Responsibilities: Provide role support and development to HoPe chapter vice presidents of marketing when requested Develop and execute best practices for chapter vice presidents of marketing to provide the best marketing strategies within their chapter Collaborate and communicate with the Creative Department on marketing campaigns for chapters to execute Develop fall and spring webinar training for the HoPe leadership chapter vice presidents of marketing Provide resources to HoPe chapter vice presidents of marketing Oversee and administrate communication group with vice presidents of marketing Collaborate and communicate with the programming and operations team on chapter efforts to cultivate successful HoPe teams for our HoPe chapters Encouraged to partake in an All-Team HoPe Kick-Off Mandatory to partake in the HoPe Youth Leadership Summit from July 18th -July 20th Partake in bi-weekly meetings with the Director of Programming Qualifications: College student or young professional Be approachable and relationship-oriented Strong problem-solving skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English required Ability to see solutions and opportunities Energetic, personable, and creative with an ability to relate well to diverse populations Deadline-oriented and able to take initiative and work well under pressure Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail Strong commitment to HoPe’s mission and values Excellent time management skills, excellent organizational skills, work effectively in teams, ethical and moral character, strong leadership skills Proficiency in Canva and Google Drive (including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar) and Slack Time Commitment: 8-12 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
