Marketing Coordinator- Contract TemporaryWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Marketing Coordinator for an approximately 4-month contract engagement. You’ll support demand generation, event coordination, content development, and social media management — working across key platforms and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to move campaigns and projects forward.What You’ll DoDemand Generation: Build HubSpot landing pages and forms, deploy lead generation email campaigns, and manage organic social media content to drive engagement.Event & Tradeshow Coordination: Build and maintain project plans in Monday.com, track owners, deadlines, and dependencies across booth, logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up. No travel required.Content & Collateral: Help develop and update brochures, presentations, one-pagers, and other sales and marketing assets.Social Media Management: Manage organic and paid social content calendars, social monitoring, and efforts to grow follower and influencer engagement.Reporting: Provide actionable reporting and metrics to inform campaign optimization and decision-making.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or marketing operationsHands-on HubSpot experience required (landing pages and forms)Experience with email marketing platforms and organic B2B social mediaExperience with Monday.com or a comparable project management toolStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPlus: Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRMTools You’ll UseMonday.com · HubSpot · Canva · Apollo · Google Analytics · Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel · Claude / ChatGPT #J-18808-Ljbffr Telaid Industries Inc
