Masterson Staffing is hiring Assembly Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Somerset, WI. Join a team focused on quality, precision, and producing finished products that meet customer specifications.

Schedule

Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday

Job Duties

Complete final inspection of finished parts
Perform final assembly and packaging of products
Operate production equipment including sonic welders, presses, pad printers, and quality check machines
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including safety glasses
Maintain excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

4-panel drug screen
National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
Vision assessment

Reading assessment
Color-blind assessment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
