Cart Attendant

UTV Fleet Coordinator

Check UTV's in and out to authorized employees and visitors.

Verify and collect required personal information during the checkout process.

Maintain accurate records of UTV's usage and assignments.

Perform visual inspections of carts before and after each use.

Document and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or operational issues to the Fleet Maintenance team.

Ensure carts are returned on time and parked in designated locations.

Monitor the cleanliness and overall condition of the UTV fleet.

Assist with basic fleet organization and staging of UTV's for daily operations.

Provide friendly and professional customer service while enforcing fleet checkout procedures.

Follow all safety policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service, fleet, equipment, or administrative experience preferred.

Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight.

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.

Preferred Skills

Experience with fleet operations, equipment checkout, or inventory management.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify maintenance concerns.

Comfortable interacting with employees across multiple departments.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Schedule Monday -Thursday 7am - 7pm. Available to work all shifts including weekends.
