Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Polara Behavioral Health, you will carry out a variety of key responsibilities that contribute to our clients' well-being and overall organizational goals:

  Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to establish clear mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.

  Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing therapy sessions that may include individual, family, and group formats.

  Document session notes, treatment progress, and updates according to established company protocols while ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.

  Utilize creativity and flexible approaches in your therapeutic interventions to better support clients in achieving meaningful progress and personal goals.

  Collaborate with case managers, families, and other medical and educational personnel to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapist will primarily work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
