We are starting at 15.00 an hour to start with no experience. With experience to be discussed. We are looking for a high-energy and determined individual to join our professional cleaning company as a Cleaning Associate/Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that a variety of spaces, including residential and commercial properties, are clean, organized, and well-maintained. While previous cleaning experience is preferred, it is not required. We value attention to detail and the ability to take direction and feedback. We have both full time and part time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain various surfaces and areas, including floors, windows, furniture, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Follow instructions and cleaning protocols as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used effectively and stored properly.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  

Requirements:

• High energy and a determined attitude.
• No experience required, but previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Paid working interview may be required.
• Must pass a drug test and Level 2 background check.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English preferred).
• A valid driver's license is a bonus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
