Duties
Help
Ensure Special Emphasis Programs, Reasonable Accommodation, EEO counseling and formal complaints programs and administration are in compliance with Laws, Executive Orders, Regulations and Policies.
Serves as EEO Counselor providing information on the complaint process to employees, applicants, managers and/or serviced activities of the District.
Develop and present equal employment opportunity training for supervisory development, employee orientation and counsel or training.
