ETL Developer

Client: Fifth Third Bank Fifth Third Bank is looking for a Mid-Level ETL Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative, including the buildout of new data pipelines that will support AI-driven solutions across the organization. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can quickly ramp up, work independently, and contribute to building and enhancing ETL processes in a fast-paced banking environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to support enterprise data initiatives. Build and optimize data integration workflows for modernization and AI projects. Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data quality issues. Ensure data is processed efficiently and accurately while following banking and data governance standards. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in ETL development. Strong experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines. Experience working with large-scale data integration projects. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and quickly contribute to ongoing initiatives. Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data modernization or cloud migration initiatives. Exposure to AI/ML data platforms or projects. Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts. Experience with modern ETL tools and data integration technologies (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar). #J-18808-Ljbffr
