Renowned as the academic flagship of the University of Maryland Medical System, our Magnet-designated facility is a nationally recognized academic medical center with opportunities across the continuum of care. Located in downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards, you won't find a more vibrant place to work! The CPDC leads comprehensive organizational assessment, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of models for professional practice that foster high-quality, cost-effective patient care, exceptional clinical practice, and continuous professional development of staff. Independently interpreting performance and outcomes data, the CPDC evaluates trends, establishes organizational standards for professional development, and supports the adoption of evidence-based practices.
