The Role The Sales Lead is a key position responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building brand loyalty for Calzedonia in Brooklyn, NY. Key Responsibilities Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication. Capture customer information using multiple channels, including phone and written follow‑up. Manage client books and follow up on shopping experiences and product queries. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals in partnership with the Store Manager. Exhibit full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities. Utilize fashion expertise to inspire and collaborate with team members. Support managers in executing in‑store operations, such as daily replenishment, markdown processing, and visual standards. Leverage internal systems to conduct business analyses and track store and individual KPIs. Operate POS system efficiently and manage opening/closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and sanitizing. Team Dynamic Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations. Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions. Participate in company contests and events to foster team spirit. Qualifications Eligibility to work in the United States. High school graduate or equivalent. 3–4years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred. High standards of customer service and advanced selling techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Physical ability to lift over 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
