LIFE OF THE SALES LEAD The Sales Lead focuses on providing a superior level of customer service to clients, while increasing conversion and retention to drive business revenue and inspire brand loyalty. The Sales Lead works together with the team and reports to the Boutique’s Manager. The Sales Lead develops new clients, converts walk‑in traffic into Intimissimi ambassadors by creating excitement and desire around the product, sharing customized fashion tips and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The role requires a positive, goal‑oriented, outgoing and engaging personality, taking the first step to engage with clients. Capture customers’ information using multiple means of communication, including phone and written follow‑up contact. Manage client books, following up on shopping experience and providing product care instructions. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the Store Manager. Demonstrate full knowledge of the product and its benefits to maximize sales opportunities. Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment. Support managers in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in‑store operations such as daily replenishment and seasonal markdown processing. Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems for business analysis and track store and individual KPIs. Support managers in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards of the store. Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backrooms. Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting shelves, cleaning doors, windows, mirrors, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing sinks and countertops. TEAM DYNAMIC Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high quality customer service and efficient store operations. Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions. Volunteer for new store openings across the US when selected based on experience. Participate in nationwide contests to demonstrate team spirit. QUALIFICATIONS / JOB REQUIREMENTS Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer. High school graduate or equivalent. 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred. High standards of customer service and advanced selling techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, problem solving. Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Ability to lift >20 lbs and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.
