This role involves working in a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment, providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse patient population. The position emphasizes value-based care and collaboration with a robust team of specialists and community partners. Practice Info Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment Behavioral health providers are integrated into primary care teams Fewer patients per day, longer patient visits State of the art/award winning EMR System Responsibilities Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care Compensation $75,000 Bonus for Full Time External Candidates Compensation based on quality, not quantity Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,500 Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role Incentive and recognition programs Benefits Dedicated CME Time & Allowance Excellent PTO package Robust retirement package including employer funded contributions Company paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage Physician partnership opportunities with OptumCare Executive Savings Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Comprehensive benefits package Equity stock purchase and 401k contribution Shift & Schedule Flexible scheduling options Requirements BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred: Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting Preferred: Cantonese language proficiency to support patient communication and access to care
