$95,000 at plan commission

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property valuations.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective success.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends and regulations to provide expert advice.
• Organize and host open houses and property tours, showcasing properties to potential buyers effectively and professionally.

• Must have NC or SC Real Estate License!
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Proven track record of conducting detailed market analysis to provide accurate property valuations.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and outcomes for clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for collective success.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations to offer expert advice.
• Experience in organizing and hosting open houses and property tours, showcasing properties professionally and effectively.
