The Opportunity

Elite Consulting Partners helps financial advisors change firms and grow their practices. We're becoming the name every advisor thinks of first when they consider a move — and we're scaling toward $100M.

Here's the honest state of what you'd inherit: a podcast with hundreds of episodes, a founder brand with sixteen years of equity behind it, an active social presence, and a creative team producing good work.

What we don't have is the plumbing behind it. No attribution. No measurement. No system connecting all that content to tracked advisor pipeline.

We're looking for two things in one person . Someone who builds that infrastructure — and someone with real creative instinct who can take a brand that already works and figure out how to make it hit harder in our industry. Our CEO is deeply involved in brand and ideas, and he wants a genuine creative partner in that work, not an order-taker.

What You'll Own

• Where the brand goes next — bringing your own creative thinking to how we expand our impact in this industry, in partnership with our CEO
• The demand engine — lead generation, channel strategy, attribution. Measured on qualified pipeline, not impressions
• Marketing systems and measurement — built from scratch, on Salesforce
• Brand position across all our brands — ECP, EAS, Apex, and our founder's personal platform
• The founder content engine — turning a podcast and a strong personal brand into a segmented, tested, measured operation
• A three-person remote creative team plus vendors, across internal work and client deliverables
• Hands-on messaging and creative — some of it comes directly from you

What Makes You Right for This

• You've run a marketing function and can prove the pipeline you generated
• You have real creative instinct — you see angles other people don't, and you can pitch an idea and then go build it
• You finish what you start. Programs you launch are still running six months later. This matters more than anything else here
• You've built attribution and reporting from scratch
• You've managed remote teams and know delivery runs on documented process, not good intentions
• You're hands-on — you can write the messaging yourself, not just brief someone else
• Bonus: financial services or advisor-facing marketing experience

This Role Isn't Right for You If...

• You're a great diagnostician but a weak finisher. We don't need someone to tell us what's broken. We need it fixed and kept fixed
• You need to be the only voice in the room. Our CEO is hands-on with brand and generates a lot of ideas. This is a real partnership — bring yours, argue for them, but don't expect to own the brand alone
• You can only produce through other people. You'll have a team — and we need someone who also does the work
• You believe brand work shouldn't be held to a number
• You're hoping to negotiate remote or hybrid after an offer. This is 100% in-office, five days, and not a starting point we negotiate from
• You want to punch a clock. Ideas and opportunities here don't respect business hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $135,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience
• Bonus: $16,000–$24,000 annually, paid quarterly against defined deliverables
• 401(k): 3% safe harbor contribution after 6 months
• Full-time, 100% in-office in Moorestown, NJ
