Benefits 401k match eligible from Day 1 Seasonal flexibility: work through November, possibility to extend into December based on schedule Average 30+ hours per week with overtime pay during peak weeks Paid training – no experience required Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement Promotion potential to Photo Team Lead with extra $1/hour Daily Pay option available Additional perks: discounts on insurance, travel, pet care, and more Role Responsibilities Capture genuine smiles and memorable school moments Travel to local schools using personal vehicle for photo day events Set up, operate, and take down photography equipment at school locations Use photo software to organize and manage images Work independently after training and support the team during events Qualifications High school diploma or GED (must be 18+ years old) Reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license; public transportation not permitted Willingness to start early (as early as 4 AM) and occasional extended hours when traveling Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of camera equipment Ability to store camera equipment at home when not in use Cheerful, friendly personality, especially around kids Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills Ability to work independently for smaller events after training Regular internet and reliable cell phone access Local Requirement May be required to complete background/health screenings as determined by state policies Application Deadline August 4, 2026.
