Registered Nurse (RN) - Building Role - Clinton, NJ

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contracted, long term care placement in Clinton, NJ for starting in July 2026 ! This is a full-time role supporting developmental facility; 8 hour and 12 hour shifts available. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Active RN license valid in New Jersey Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program Current CPR/AED certification Knowledge of nurse delegation practices and state scope-of-practice regulations Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment Required Experience: Seizure management - competent with seizure action plans and rescue medications Tube feedings Diabetic care Oxygen and airway management Wound care Medication administration Catheterization Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide first aid and manage everyday illnesses (headaches, stomachaches, injuries) Monitor adults with chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, seizures, allergies, mental health conditions) and implement routine and PRN medications and care per orders Verify medical orders, document medication administration, and safely administer routine and PRN medications
