Tech Stack: Excel, ERP systems What You'll Actually Do [Financial Reporting]: Support the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and financial reports. [Account Reconciliation]: Perform thorough account reconciliations and maintain complete supporting documentation. [Compliance & Controls]: Ensure strict adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and uphold internal control policies. [Audit Support]: Facilitate external audits by compiling and submitting all necessary financial materials. [Financial Analysis]: Analyze financial results and variances to provide clear, actionable insights. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, qualifying for an entry-level career stage. Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally gained from public audit/assurance roles. Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, alongside excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities; demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
