What You’ll Do Conduct first‑time stretch experiences and wellness consultations Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals Deliver practitioner‑assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method® Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in‑studio outreach Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals Participate in community events and wellness activations Build long‑term client relationships that drive retention and referrals Maintain a high‑energy, professional studio environment What We’re Looking For Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects Comfortable recommending and selling membership‑based services Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based income Experience working in commission‑based sales roles Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility Exceptional time management skills Coachable and open to structured training Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.
