What You’ll Tackle

• Own routine PMs—inspect, test, and monitor equipment to keep lines running.
• Respond to breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; replace worn or failed components without delay.
• Dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble machinery; install repaired or new parts correctly the first time.
• Clean and lube shafts, bearings, gears, and other moving assemblies.
• Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic/pneumatic gear; repair or swap gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
• Master each piece of production equipment to ensure proper procedures and optimal performance.
• Execute line changeovers, including accurate dilution system setup to meet product specs.
• Practice rigorous safety and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO); keep work areas audit-ready.
• Flag issues to the Production Manager and Plant Manager; analyze, resolve, and support team troubleshooting.
• Pitch in on other tasks as assigned.

Your Background

• High School Diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Farming equipment or automotive mechanic experience is advantageous.

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Industrial Electrical Experience
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Equipment Repair & Maintenance

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Overtime as needed.

Pay: $30–$32 per hour DOE, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus .
