Commercial Plumbing Estimator

A growing Cleveland-area plumbing and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and/or mechanical systems and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation
• Prepare and track change orders and cost analyses
• Attend project meetings and maintain client communication
• Coordinate with Field Superintendents, CAD staff, and project teams
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and safety compliance
• Maintain organized project records and ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Plumbing and/or mechanical construction experience required
• Commercial plumbing experience preferred (schools, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, etc.)
• Strong understanding of project management from preconstruction through closeout
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and plumbing codes preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field is a plus
