About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to play a pivotal role in the translation of executive strategy into scalable, standardized clinical operating models. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency in care delivery, staffing, documentation, and outcomes across joint venture locations. This includes leading clinical readiness and execution for new joint ventures, with a focus on strong referral flow, admissions performance, and ongoing service delivery. The role also involves owning clinical quality, compliance, and performance management, and developing a culture of compassionate, accountable leadership. Applicants must have an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, or the ability to obtain one, and be a Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse (CHPN). A minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience is required, with a proven track record in leading multi-site clinical operations and experience in joint venture or hospital-partnered care models. The role demands a leader with strong influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills, as well as exceptional communication, executive-level presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. The Vice President will be expected to champion a culture of operational excellence, workforce stability, and high-performing teams, and to be a visible clinical executive during periods of growth, change, and operational complexity.
