With rewarding projects, competitive wages, and a great workplace atmosphere, The Douglas Company is the place for you to succeed.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesProject schedulingProject cost controlRequest for information (RFI)Daily coordination with Project SuperintendentsIssuance of subcontractor contracts and purchase ordersProject billing/project closeoutEstimatingPre-construction activitiesSubmittal review, coordination and processingActive participation in all project related meetings to include preparation of agendas and publication of minutesEnsure client satisfactionMaintain subcontractor relationshipsFaster-than-average pace; ability to learn quickly, thoroughly, and in detailMust recognize and adjust to changeSetting and achieving specific standards for self and for others; an emphasis on schedule and qualityQualificationsBachelor's Degree (Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology preferred)0-3 years of experience in the Construction IndustryUnderstanding of basic construction methods and materialsAdditional InformationCompetitive salary, benefits, and financial incentives are offered.
