Warehouse Package Handler Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Package Handler Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring packages are received, sorted, handled, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains safety standards, and ensures productivity goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse package handlers.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.

• Ensure packages are received, sorted, labeled, and loaded accurately.

• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

• Train and onboard new warehouse employees.

• Monitor workflow to meet shipping deadlines and productivity targets.

• Resolve operational issues and communicate with management.

• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders according to packing slips or electronic scanners.

• Pack products securely to prevent shipping damage.

• Label and prepare shipments for carriers.

• Receive and stock incoming inventory.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

• Inspect products for quality before shipment.

• Assist with cycle counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an asset.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer and barcode scanner proficiency.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed.

You will also be responsible for packing orders accurately , including selecting the correct items, verifying order details, securely packaging products to prevent damage, labeling shipments, and preparing them for outbound delivery. Attention to detail is essential to ensure all orders are processed correctly and meet company quality standards.
