Tollefson's Retail Group currently operates furniture and flooring locations throughout Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. You can learn more about us at our company website! Our Carpetland store in Minot, ND is hiring a Store Manager! We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience and motivating a sales team to achieve strong results. Among other things in this role, you'll be responsible for leading and developing staff, driving sales performance, managing inventory, building community relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.About Carpetland:At Carpetland, we offer a large selection of carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and tiles from brands customers know and trust. When customer's visit our store we want them to experience the best service, best flooring & design possibilities, and the best value for their investment. Qualifications for a Successful Store Manager: A Bachelor's Degree preferred, but High School diploma or GED is required. 2-4 years leadership experience is preferred with experience in the flooring industry being prioritized. The ideal candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule during operating hours. This position includes driving so a valid and insurable driver's license is required. What We Offer:This position offers a base salary plus a performance-driven incentive plan. Total compensation is strongly influenced by store performance and individual sales.
