Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Provide skilled nursing care to individuals in need of rehabilitation
• Conduct manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Required Skills:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of treatment planning and interventions
• Ability to develop care plans for patients of all ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in acute care or discharge planning
• Specialization in pain management, geriatrics, pediatrics, or orthopedic therapy

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, flexible schedules, vacation leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
