Marketing Research Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Research Consultant to independently lead a quantitative customer research study from survey design through final analysis and recommendations. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the research process and turning quantitative data into practical marketing and customer engagement strategies.ResponsibilitiesDesign quantitative surveys based on defined business and research objectives.Develop questionnaires for multiple customer segments.Program surveys in Qualtrics.Help determine and implement appropriate survey participation incentives.Manage survey launches and fielding.Monitor response quality and progress toward approximately 1,000 completed surveys.Analyze results and conduct segment-level comparisons.Develop clear reports highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.Translate research into recommendations for loyalty programs and future engagement strategies.Work independently with periodic stakeholder check-ins.
