Associate Director, Southeast Region - Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead Field Reimbursement Manager teams across the Southeast region, managing patient access and treatment continuity initiatives for Neuroscience products. This field-based leadership role requires overseeing up to 10 direct reports and collaborating across multiple internal departments to remove barriers to patient therapy access.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage team of up to 10 Field Reimbursement Managers focused on access and fulfillment
• Create regional strategic plans and ensure execution of tactics aligned with team objectives in fast-paced environment
• Coach FRMs on leveraging data insights and account management competencies to address patient access barriers
• Build trust-based relationships with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams
• Manage team budget allocation and drive accountability for achieving overall regional goals and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience; biopharmaceutical market access or field reimbursement preferred
• Knowledge of managed care, reimbursement principles, pharmacy and medical benefit structures, prior authorization
• Demonstrated leadership success and performance track record in previous roles
• Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in Southeast region (Atlanta, Miami, Washington DC, Raleigh)
• 3+ years direct people management experience preferred
• Neuroscience disease state experience preferred
