Pay Rate: $17.81 - $18.47 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

• First: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Second: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Training (first week): 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Job Duties

• Work on each packaging line for the production of powders, tablets, and capsules
• Set up each packaging line per the Line Lead's assignment
• Understand and work with packaging equipment: Cotton, Desiccant, Neckband, Capper, Bottles, Cleaning, Pack and Pallet.
• Report any issues in the packaging line regarding packaging equipment to the Line Lead
• Support Janitorial duties to keep the area clean and compliant with cGMP.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in packaging operations, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Packaging Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
