Join a busy mail processing team responsible for sorting, organizing, and preparing outgoing mail for shipment. You'll help ensure accuracy, meet production deadlines, and support efficient mail operations in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, mail processing, production, or sorting experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of English to follow safety and operational instructions.

Job Duties:

• Sort mail pieces and flats using machine-assisted and manual methods.
• Verify postage, dates, barcodes, and mailing information for accuracy.
• Identify and report barcode or mail quality issues.
• Clear minor mail jams and assist with machine operation.
• Match zip code labels, tray numbers, and bin locations.
• Stack, label, and palletize mail according to USPS guidelines.
• Process inbound and outbound mail and packages.
• Monitor production schedules and meet service deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Physical Capabilities:

• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Stand for extended periods on a concrete floor.
• Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and move throughout the work area.
• Perform repetitive sorting and palletizing tasks.
• Work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
