Occupational Therapist I - Rehab

Role: Occupational Therapist in a rehab department, providing patient evaluations and treatments onsite. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions. Develop and implement personalized care plans involving patients and families. Educate patients and caregivers about deficits, adaptive equipment, and support programs. Assist with patient discharge planning from therapy services. Supervise support personnel in compliance with licensing laws and standards. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s preferred. Current licensure in Colorado and BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Strong critical thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work independently.
