- Sales bonus program (discussed after 90-day probation period)

Job Responsibilities
- Review construction plans and specifications for assigned projects.
- Perform material takeoffs and calculate quantities accurately.
- Request pricing from vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and send proposals to customers.
- Follow up with customers on submitted proposals.
- Revise estimates and proposals as needed.
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing and scope.
- Meet bid deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Maintain organized project files and estimate records.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and the internal team throughout the estimating process.
- Help close awarded projects through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience estimating architectural millwork or cabinetry.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Ability to adapt to new software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
