CT Tech Opportunity
Join our team as a CT Tech and play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for examinations while ensuring proper documentation
- Produce high-quality technical images and review completed exams for accuracy
- Assist physicians during procedures as needed
- Perform equipment quality assurance and calibrations
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report malfunctioning equipment
- Process images and perform routine office duties, including patient documentation
- Work on call and cover various shifts to ensure department needs are met
Qualifications
- ARRT registered and CT certified
- New York State-Department of Health Radiology License or Limited Permit upon hire
- Current BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days
- New York State-Department of Health IV certification within 180 days
- Passing advanced CT examination/certification (ARRT) within 1 year
- Proficiency in documenting patient information in Epic
Ways to Stand Out
- 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- DOH IV certification upon completion of 6-month orientation
