What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and support a team of DSPs Help train and onboard new team members Coordinate schedules and help maintain staffing coverage Support daily program operations and quality of care Promote independence, safety, and person-centered support Communicate with staff and leadership to keep the program running smoothly Step in alongside your team to provide hands-on support when needed, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation, and community activities This is a leadership role, but you'll never be disconnected from the people we serve. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance Strong communication and organizational skills A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example Experience as a DSP, Caregiver, Lead DSP, House Lead, Team Lead, Residential Support Professional, or Direct Care Worker is a great foundation for this role.
