Responsibilities We are Hiring! We are looking for an Account Provisioning Professional to join our FRB ( Federal Reserve Bank) team. This qualified individual will join our high performing team. This position is fulltime remote. What you will do:

• Work with the customer and Peraton users to create, add, modify, or delete user accounts.
• Review access requests for accuracy and appropriateness, including working with Authorized Approvers to ensure request procedures are followed.
• Learn and manage changing toolset for provisioning accounts.
• Support the development and updating documented processes for provisioning accounts.
• Create, assign, and track tasks for TAM and operational SMEs in ticketing tool for account provisioning to ensure all are completed on time.
• Support the annual and semi-annual account recertification process, including managing spreadsheets, imports and exports to MS Access DB.
• Support New Hire Laptop/PIV-I Deployment Scheduling.
• Support PIV-I activities to include revokes and replacement of lost/stolen cards.
• Perform all work in an efficient manner to meet SLAs.
• Work with customers to resolve access issues.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Degree and a minimum of 1 year experience.
• Ability to manage and track both near-term and long-term commitments to completion.
• Ability to work with a team in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.
• Ability to help troubleshoot user issues.
• Must be familair wrh MS Access DB.
• Experience in users account creation and modification.
• Familiarity with TAM and operational SMEs based on access requirements.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtaina nd maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Public trust is a plus.
