How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the coordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure every patient receives a seamless, well-integrated care experience from admission to recovery .

• Create and adapt personalized patient care plans, continuously monitoring progress to ensure medical interventions are achieving the best possible health outcomes .

• Support the patient’s transition home by assessing and managing discharge needs, ensuring families are prepared and confident for the next stage of the healing journey .

• Execute   physician and nursing orders with precision, maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence and safety in accordance with organizational protocols.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
