Inside Sales Revenue Support Associate The Inside Sales Revenue Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the direct-to-consumer sales channel. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team, helping drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing repetitive tasks. Phone and Communication Skills – strong phone skills to manage high‑volume inbound calls, understand caller needs, and redirect calls to the appropriate department. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during customer interactions. Adaptability and Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment. Willingness to learn on the job, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute positively to team culture. Salesforce Experience – handling administrative tasks such as quote generation and order processing within Salesforce; familiarity navigating and using a CRM system is important for process adherence and efficiency. Basic Phone Skills – answering and redirecting a high volume of calls (30–60 per day) using Dialpad. Comfortable managing calls, understanding requests, and directing inquiries to the correct department. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and related tools is required.
