1. Administrative and Process Skills Ability to handle administrative tasks such as quote generation, order processing, and following well-defined processes (especially in Salesforce). Attention to detail and accuracy in completing repetitive tasks. 2. Phone and Communication Skills Strong phone skills to manage high-volume inbound calls, understand caller needs, and redirect calls to the appropriate department. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during customer interactions. 3. Adaptability and Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Willingness to learn on the job, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute positively to team culture. Salesforce (or Similar CRM) Experience The role requires handling administrative tasks such as quote generation and order processing within Salesforce. Familiarity with navigating and using a CRM system is important for process adherence and efficiency. 2. Basic Phone Skills The position involves answering and redirecting a high volume of calls (30–60 per day) using Dialpad (the company’s phone system). Candidates need to be comfortable managing calls, understanding requests, and directing inquiries to the correct department. 3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and related tools is required. The role does not require advanced spreadsheet or document creation, but candidates should be able to use these tools for everyday administrative tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Valencia,CA.
