Tax Associate (CPA) - Atlanta, GA
A respected regional public accounting firm is hiring a licensed CPA to join the team as a Tax Associate handling diverse client engagements. Actively interviewing for immediate placement in Atlanta, GA. Continued client growth requires an additional CPA to support expanding tax operations. Team-oriented culture with opportunities for mentorship and growth. Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Position Overview: The Tax Associate will support tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses, while contributing to firm-wide service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate federal, state, and local tax returns. Assist with tax planning and research projects. Collaborate with senior staff to meet client needs. Ensure compliance with all tax filing requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications: CPA license required. 13 years of tax experience in public accounting preferred. Solid understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
