About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows that a great partnership is about more than just signing a contract. It’s about building relationships, finding opportunities, and figuring out how to create something even bigger together.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on our external partnerships—keeping relationships strong, managing contracts and agreements, and constantly looking for new ways to grow. Whether it’s expanding an existing partnership, uncovering a new opportunity, or turning a great idea into a new source of growth, you’ll be the one helping move things forward.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a clear strategy for maximizing the value of the existing partner ecosystem.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue and business opportunities through existing and new partnerships.
• Establish goals, KPIs, and success measures for key partnerships.
• Identify gaps in the current partner network and recommend opportunities to strengthen or expand it.
• Own and grow relationships with external partners, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Manage partner agreements, contracts, renewals, commercial terms, and key commitments.
• Establish goals and KPIs, lead business reviews, and track partnership performance and impact.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, partner capabilities, and competitive opportunities to shape growth strategies.
• Build business cases and recommendations for new partnership and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to bring growth opportunities to life.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to bring growth opportunities to life, meet KPIs and drive successful execution for all involved.
• Identify and resolve partnership challenges while continuously optimizing performance and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, sales, or a related field.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on finding opportunities rather than simply managing existing relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Experience managing external business relationships and commercial contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously.
