Job Opportunity

Our organization is actively seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified OB/GYN physician to become part of a well-established practice consisting of four physicians at our outpatient facility located in Paramus, NJ. This role will also involve providing care at the local medical center in Westwood, NJ .

Position Overview:

• Collaborate with a team of four physicians and one Gynecologic Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

• The Women's Center features exclusively private labor and delivery rooms, as well as postpartum facilities.

• Facility includes 6 labor and delivery rooms, 2 cesarean section suites, 3 post-anesthesia care unit bays, 18 postpartum rooms, and a Level 2 special care nursery with 5 bays.

• On-call schedule is 1:4, covering both clinic and in-house hospital duties.

• Concierge and room service are available for all maternity patients.

• The medical center is equipped with a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and intensivists are accessible 24/7.

• Utilization of the advanced Da Vinci X Robotic Surgical System.

• Part of a large, multi-specialty group network.

• Smart technology allows for increased patient volume without extending work hours. Our providers utilize Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation, lessen administrative tasks, enhance patient flow, and ensure precise coding, leading to improved work-life balance and revenue.

Compensation: Starting salary of $350,000.
