Supply Technician

Duties
Incumbent maintains inventory control records using a computer tracking system for determining adequate level of supply for health care system in the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
Incumbent is responsible for preparing and submitting reports on supply and property inventory in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Incumbent is responsible for verification, timeliness, and accuracy of the supply and property inventory on a daily basis.
Incumbent is responsible for preparing requisitions, purchase orders, property receipts and disposable documents, transportation documents, other correspondence, and acquiring completion of acquisition planning documents.
Incumbent is responsible for purchasing direct issue of supplies or equipment on credit card or purchase order.
