This position plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations and delivering quality service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and shipping materials while also safely delivering products to customer locations.If you enjoy a combination of warehouse work, customer interaction, and driving, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.*Warehouse Responsibilities** Assist with shipping and receiving activities by unloading trucks, checking incoming products, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.* Pick, pack, stage, and distribute customer orders for shipment or delivery.* Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.* Prepare LTL and UPS shipments, including weighing and shipping documentation.* Process branch transfers and maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.*Driver Responsibilities** Safely and accurately deliver materials to customers in a timely manner.* Verify deliveries against customer orders and assist with unloading.* Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete required DOT documentation.* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.* Ensure trucks remain clean, organized, and equipped with required safety equipment.* Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.* Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a positive, professional attitude.* Communicate effectively with customers and resolve concerns according to company policy.* Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and communicating opportunities to the sales team.*Required Qualifications** High school diploma or GED.* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* Current DOT medical card or willingness to obtain.* Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.* Basic computer skills and attention to detail.* One to two years of experience as a delivery driver.* F Endorsement on license or willingness to obtain.* Experience operating warehouse equipment.*Physical Requirements** Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds.* Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing.* Ability to climb ladders up to 12 feet high.* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.*Benefits*We offer a competitive benefits package, including:* Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Life Insurance* Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* 401(k) with Company Match* Paid Time Off (PTO)*Why Join Kenny & Company?** Family oriented culture* Employee recognition and profit-sharing philosophy* Stable and growing company* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction*Apply Today!*If you are looking for a rewarding career with a company that values hard work, integrity, and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
