HVAC Commercial Service Technician

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Commercial Service Technician in Lancaster, PA to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems for diverse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, chillers, and boilers

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tune-ups

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues

• Respond to emergency service calls and provide after-hours support

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records

• Recommend system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements

• Coordinate with customers on service needs and scheduling

• Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

• EPA Universal certification

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice-to-Haves

• NATE certification or equivalent technical credentials

• Experience with building automation and control systems

• Knowledge of gas heating systems and combustion analysis

• Customer service and communication skills
