Regional HR Business Partner

Supporting teams in the Americas region, the full-time Regional HR Business Partner will provide HR consultation, manage employee relations, and implement HR initiatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities: Provide HR advice and support on policies, onboarding, and performance management Address employee inquiries and employment-related issues in a timely and confidential manner Manage regional HR projects and programs that align with broader business objectives Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner in the software or technology industry Practical knowledge across core HR disciplines, including Employee Relations and Talent Development Working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems to support data-informed decisions
