Accounts Payable Manager

Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing AP Staff while driving automation, process improvements, and system implementations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the performance of the AP department to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Process Automation and Implementation: Lead initiatives to automate AP processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Manage the implementation of new systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and IT teams, to align AP operations with broader business objectives. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Monitor and analyze AP metrics, preparing regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing accounts payable operations Strong knowledge of AP processes, automation tools, and system implementation. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented environment with a focus on work-life balance.
