Halsey Dermatology, a growing and highly-regarded dermatology practice in beautiful Sag Harbor, NY, is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team.

Our mission is to provide exceptional dermatology and skin care services to children and adults in our community. We are looking for a business-savvy, marketing-driven leader who can help our practice grow while maintaining smooth daily operations and a positive, professional environment.

About the Role

The Office Manager plays a key role in overseeing administrative operations, managing human resources, and leading marketing initiatives that drive patient engagement and practice growth.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, marketing expertise, and a proven ability to manage office operations efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and values both structure and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient and professional workflow
• Oversee Human Resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff scheduling
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, community outreach, and referral programs)
• Analyze and report marketing ROI, adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness
• Build and maintain community and physician relationships to increase patient referrals
• Handle budgeting, accounts receivable, vendor management, and purchasing for the office
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Support a positive and team-oriented office culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (required)
• 2+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience (medical office experience preferred)
• Proven marketing and business development experience with measurable results
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing/CRM tools
• Familiarity with Practice Management or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems a plus
