How You Will Do It Project Coordination & Management Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of new projects. Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving technical challenges efficiently. Collaborate closely with sales and technical sales teams during handover phases to ensure continuity and a deep understanding of customer expectations. Align internal engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders around clear objectives and deliverables to drive project success. Thermal Architecture & Feasibility Develop novel thermal‑fluid solutions and concepts that map our capabilities to customer needs. Participate in initial analysis and feasibility assessments to determine if a customer's problem is a strong fit for our technology. Distill insights from projects to help inform the product and technology roadmap. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in thermal management, heat transfer, and related system design principles. Experience in a customer‑facing capacity (e.g., applications, sales, or field engineering). Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee technical projects. Experience in project management fundamentals, focusing on execution, including requirements definition, risk management, and schedule oversight. Onsite presence required 4 days a week; option to work remotely 1 day a week. Only US citizens and/or Permanent Residents allowed; no sponsorship available. Preferred A graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a focus on thermal fluids. Experience in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles. Salary HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $145,000.
