Requirements

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage a large-scale clientportfolio, spanning data and product engineering engagements.
• Own client relationshipsend-to-end — client partners, enterprise architects, IT Directors, and C-levelexecutives (CDOs, CTOs, CIOs).
• Act as a trusted advisor: ableto articulate technical issues and trade-offs in a way that resonates with bothtechnical and executive stakeholders.
• Mine the account for newopportunities and establish new stakeholder connections, growing therelationship organically through delivery credibility and insight.
• Travel to client locationsperiodically, as needed by the engagement.

Commercial & AccountManagement

• Own account P&L; driverevenue growth and optimize gross margin across the portfolio.
• Track budgets closely across allengagements within the account.
• Manage a mix of Fixed Bid (FB)and Time & Material (T&M) engagements.
• Lead estimation and proposalefforts, including scoping, pricing, and solutioning for new and expandingwork.
• Present business strategies,data architectures, and technical solution approaches directly to customers.
• Oversee delivery of dataanalytics, data engineering, and data science projects, ensuring quality andbusiness impact.
• Oversee delivery of productengineering solutions across web, desktop, and cross-platform technologies.
• Guide solution architecture andtechnology selection at a decision-making level by partnering closely witharchitects.
• Work experience with moderncloud platforms — Microsoft (Azure/Fabric), Snowflake, or AWS.
• Work experience with modern webtechnologies (e.g., Angular and React).
• Work experience with agentic AIapproaches and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain).
• Navigate ambiguous or evolvingrequirements and help drive product direction where needed.
• Ensure delivery disciplineacross large teams using structured methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and soundproject delivery practices generally.

People & OrganizationalLeadership

• Build, lead, and grow large,multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Demonstrated, proven experiencein people management, client management, and stakeholder management.
• Represent the organization'stechnical capability externally — e.g., conducting technology webinars orsimilar thought-leadership activities.

RequiredQualifications

• 12+ years of Industry experience
• At least 4+ years of experienceleading large teams delivering multiple projects for one or multiple customers.
• Proven, substantial experiencemanaging large client accounts/portfolios, including account P&L ownership,revenue growth, and gross margin optimization.
• Experience handling both FixedBid (FB) and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models.
• Proven, strong peoplemanagement, client management, and senior stakeholder management experience —including relationships with Enterprise Architects, IT Directors, and C-levelexecutives (CDOs, CTOs, CIOs).
• Demonstrated experience leadinglarge, multidisciplinary delivery teams (people and/or program leadership atscale), ideally across more than one technical discipline.
• Comprehensive experience withestimation, proposals, and presales solutioning.
• Prior hands-on experience ineither data engineering or product/application engineering.
• Work experience with Angular,React, or equivalent modern web/cross-platform frameworks.
• Work experience with .Net orequivalent server side technologies.
• Work experience with both dataengineering/analytics concepts and product/application engineering concepts.
• Work experience with cloudplatforms (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS) at a solutioning/decision-making level.
• Work experience with agentic AIconcepts and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain) at asolutioning/decision-making level.
• Excellent presentation andcommunication skills, including the ability to present data visuals, numbers,and technical architecture clearly to business audiences.
• Willingness and ability totravel to client locations and work onsite frequently as required byengagements.
