Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Delegation Oversight Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, Contract to Hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA offers the chance to work closely with internal stakeholders while helping maintain operational compliance, quality standards, and process effectiveness. The position plays a key role in analyzing business activities, supporting oversight efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Successful candidates will bring strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Compensation:
$46/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Delegation Oversight Specialist:

• Coordinate operational review activities by evaluating documentation, performance results, and quality metrics to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support oversight programs through project tracking, follow up on deliverables, and monitoring of external service providers to help ensure accountability and timely execution.
• Analyze business data and maintain reporting resources that provide leadership with meaningful insights for decision making and operational planning.
• Develop professional communications, presentations, summaries, and compliance related materials while ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to strengthen processes, standardize procedures, and support strategic operational projects and organizational priorities.

Qualifications and Skills for the Delegation Oversight Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality programs, project support, compliance review, auditing, vendor oversight, or a related business function.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Advanced organizational, analytical, problem solving, and time management abilities with a demonstrated capacity to handle multiple assignments independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, along with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
